Soothe your mind, body and soul by walking a labyrinth. The age-old experience of walking a labyrinth is meditative and promotes personal, psychological and spiritual well-being.
For a playful yet profound experience visit the Toronto Public Labyrinth, tucked into Trinity Square Park between some tall buildings and the Eaton Centre.
It’s free, open every day and wheelchair accessible. Walking in to the centre and out again takes about 20 minutes and is a great way to unwind.
You’ll also find labyrinths in High Park (north of Grenadier Restaurant) and painted into the wading pool at Christie Pits Park.
