Toronto Mendelssohn Choir

The Toronto Mendelssohn Choir, with over 150 voices, is Canada’s world-renowned large vocal ensemble. Experience a TMC concert and you’ll experience some of the world’s great choral masterpieces in great Toronto concert venues. The TMC’s 2011/12 season, under the direction of Noel Edison, features two concerts in Koerner Hall with full orchestra: A Night of Brahms (Nov 9, 2011); and Belshazzar’s Feast featuring opera star John Relyea in the role of narrator (May 23, 2012). Other concerts include A Festival of Carols (Dec 7, 2011) and Sacred Music for a Sacred Space (Good Friday) in beautiful churches, and Handel’s Messiah and other great works performed with the TSO in Roy Thomson Hall.
