Gallery Indigena in Stratford, began as a family business in the early 70s promoting the art of native peoples. Owner, Erla Boyer, expresses a love and enthusiasm for the art of indigenous people. Their creative work is reflected in the gallery collections and in her deep involvement with the artists. Inukshuk Gallery (a division of Indigena) was established 10 years ago on Granville Island, Vancouver and, more recently, Gallery Indigena (Toronto) opened in the Distillery Historic District.
All of our galleries specialize in carefully chosen works, in a variety of mediums from renowned artists: Inuit and Iroquois, Anishinabek, North Pacific Coast, Cree and Iroquois First Nations.
We look forward to seeing you at any one of our three locations: Festive Stratford – Historic Toronto – Scenic Vancouver.
