To escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Toronto, pay a visit to one of Brampton’s many parks. From skating on Gage Park’s converted winter walkways to relaxing on the grassy summer plains of the Donald M. Gordon Chinguacousy Park, Brampton blossoms with activity year-round.
For the more intensive outdoorsperson, try a hike through Brampton’s Heart Lake Conservation Area. Or try your luck fishing on Heart Lake itself. Brampton’s favourite fishing hole is stocked twice a year with rainbow trout.
