Kidzfest

Come to Yonge-Dundas Square for a day of free family-friendly fun. The day’s festivities include stage performances and meet and greets with some of the children’s favourite characters – the Octonauts, Frozen Ice Queen & Princess, Peter Pan and Friends.

You can also take your family holiday photos in our giant snow globe! KidzFest is part of Winter Magic and is presented by the businesses in the Downtown Yonge Improvement Area. Free Admission. Donation accepted for Downtown Yonge BIA charity partners.

Window Wonderland

Window Wonderland rekindles the tradition of holiday window displays. Experience the nostalgia as Ryerson Retail Management students partner with businesses to create themed holiday windows throughout Downtown Yonge BIA. The window displays will be revealed to the public on November 15th. Public can vote for their favourite window starting November 17th by going to Downtown Yonge BIA’s Facebook page.

This holiday season, Toronto will once again celebrate the magic and romance of a traditional Christmas at the Lowe’s Toronto Christmas Market. Inspired by the Old World and influenced by the New, this free annual event captures all of the tradition, heritage and charm of a European Christmas Market, while showcasing hundreds of unique and local handcrafted products. Family friendly entertainment includes musicians, carolers and children’s choirs, and of course no Christmas Market would be complete without a visit from Santa!
