Rod Stewart

Rod Stewart has just announced plans to launch his eagerly anticipated “Live the Life” tour in North America this Spring. Stewart will be joined by legendary artist, Steve Winwood for an unstoppable evening of hits from two of rock music’s most seminal artists. The “Live the Life” tour is set to kick-off in Chicago on April 10 and play ten arenas throughout North America including dates in New York, Newark, Philadelphia, Boston, Montreal, Toronto, Atlanta, Detroit and Greensboro, NC. This concert is rescheduled from May 1st.

Toronto Christmas Market 2013

This holiday season Toronto will once again celebrate the romance and magic of a traditional Christmas at the Lowe’s Toronto Christmas Market. Inspired by the Old World and influenced by the New, this free annual event captures all of the tradition, heritage and charm of a European Christmas market, while showcasing hundreds of unique and local handcrafted products. STUART McLEAN is one of Canada’s most beloved storytellers and a best-selling author. His hit CBC radio show THE VINYL CAFE premiered in 1994, and each week over one and a half million listeners tune in to hear stories about Dave, owner of the second hand record store where the motto is: “We May Not Be Big, But We’re Small”.

The stories also feature Dave’s wife, Morley, their two children, Sam and Stephanie, and assorted friends and neighbours.
