As the sun sets over our backyard vineyard, Winery Chef and Gold Medal Plates inner, Frank Dodd, will lead you through progressive 4 course dinner showcasing every part of a pig – nose to tail. Savour Chef Dodd’s award-winning plates as you sip on perfectly paired wines selected by our Winemaker Craig McDonald. Take time with fellow guests at the table to appreciate the sounds and smells of harvest in Wine Country in the most picturesque setting at Trius.
