Because we don’t like to follow the crowd, you’ll find stuff here you can’t get anywhere else… yep, that includes a little something for the one who has ‘everything’.

For those who march to the beat of their own stylish drum, head to Queen West. Also known as the SoHo strip, it’s one of the trendier shopping scenes in the city. Start at University Avenue and make your way westward as each storefront presents an opportunity for you to discover cutting-edge fashion, music, culture and clubs all dotted along both sides of this Toronto street. Keep your eyes peeled for musicians and fashionable celebs making their way around the television studios at John Street.

Vintage makes a grand appearance along Queen Street West, from vinyl record albums and collectable t-shirts, to enticing antiques and designer gowns the further west you go. If you’re looking for bohemian fashions, head northwest past Spadina Avenue to Kensington Market, you’ll have a great time searching through some of the best vintage clothing stores in the city, just west of Chinatown.

With a strong artistic presence, it’s no wonder this neighbourhood is home to the largest concentration of art galleries in Toronto, including the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art. This museum houses the hip and intriguing visions of contemporary Canadian artists from a wide variety of mediums.
